Terms of Service
LAST UPDATED: 27 MAY 202601. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, claiming a triopia.me handle, or using the Triopia workspace, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you are using Triopia on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.
02. What Triopia provides
Triopia is a business communication workspace that brings together a phone number, email, calendar, video, messaging, contacts, documents, and an assistant. Capabilities are organized into paid subscription tiers as described on the pricing page.
03. Your account and handle
A triopia.me handle is unique to you. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep your contact details up to date.
04. Handle changes
You may change your handle up to two times during the lifetime of your account. After that, a new handle requires creating a new account. Handles abandoned after account deletion may be reissued.
05. Paid plans
Triopia is a paid service. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from billing settings. Pricing, included capabilities, and tier names are listed on the pricing page and may change with notice.
06. Billing and refunds
Billing is processed by Stripe. By providing payment details, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the applicable fees to your payment method. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable.
07. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Triopia to send spam, harass others, distribute malware, infringe intellectual property rights, or violate applicable law. You also agree not to attempt to break, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service, or to access workspaces that are not yours.
08. Content you create
You keep ownership of the messages, files, contacts, calendar entries, and other content you put into your workspace. You grant Triopia a limited licence to host, process, transmit, back up, and display that content as needed to operate the service for you.
09. Assistant features
Triopia includes assistant features that summarize, draft, translate, or transcribe content. Assistant output is generated by AI models and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing assistant output before relying on it or sending it externally.
10. No professional advice
Nothing produced by Triopia or its assistant constitutes legal, financial, medical, tax, or other professional advice. You should consult a qualified professional before acting on information generated through the service.
11. Messaging compliance
When you send SMS, email, fax, or other outbound communication through Triopia, you are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to that channel and to the recipients, including consent, opt-out, and disclosure requirements.
12. Third-party services
Triopia relies on third-party providers, including Cloudflare for infrastructure, Stripe for payments, and selected AI model providers for assistant features. Your use of Triopia is subject to those providers’ own terms in the relevant respects.
13. Service changes
We may add, change, or remove features, capabilities, or tier contents from time to time. We will not materially reduce a paid capability without reasonable notice.
14. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that creates legal or security risk for us or other users. You can close your account at any time from settings.
15. Effect of termination
On termination, your access to the workspace ends. We remove workspace content from active production systems following deletion; routine backups are overwritten on their normal rotation. Export your data before deletion if you want to keep it.
16. Disclaimers
Triopia is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the assistant output will be accurate.
17. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Triopia and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Triopia in the twelve months before the claim arose.
18. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Triopia harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the service, or your breach of these terms.
19. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Triopia is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
20. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product and the legal landscape change. Material changes will be communicated inside the product or by email. Your continued use of Triopia after a change means you accept the updated terms.
21. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent through the support channel inside the workspace or via the contact details listed on triopia.com.
