Disclaimers
LAST UPDATED: 27 MAY 202601. General disclaimer
Triopia is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
02. No guarantee of uptime
We work to keep Triopia available and stable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service depends on third-party infrastructure that may experience its own outages.
03. Assistant output is not advice
Nothing the assistant produces is legal, financial, medical, tax, or other professional advice. Consult a qualified professional before acting on information generated by the assistant.
04. Assistant output can be wrong
AI models can make mistakes. Briefings can omit details, drafts can misstate facts, transcripts can mishear words, and translations can lose nuance. Verify critical details before you act on assistant output.
05. You decide what gets sent
Sending emails, SMS, faxes, signed documents, or other outbound communication requires your action inside the workspace. You are responsible for what is sent under your handle.
06. Delivery is not guaranteed
Outbound communication depends on carriers, internet service providers, email infrastructure, and recipient systems. We cannot guarantee delivery, that messages will avoid spam folders, or that recipients will read what was sent.
07. Compliance is your responsibility
You are responsible for following the laws that apply to your messages and the people you contact, including consent, opt-out, and disclosure requirements for SMS, email, and other channels.
08. Third-party services
Triopia relies on third parties for infrastructure, payments, and AI model inference. We are not liable for outages, errors, or other issues caused by those providers, beyond what we control on our side.
09. No guarantee of handle value
A triopia.me handle is for use inside the service. We do not guarantee resale value, market value, status, or recognition associated with any handle.
10. Backups are not a substitute for export
We rely on the durability properties of Cloudflare D1 and R2 for persistence. We do not promise a custom backup window beyond what those services provide. Export data you cannot afford to lose.
11. Account deletion is final
When you delete your account, workspace content is removed from active production systems. Residual copies may remain in routine backups for a limited time before being overwritten. After that, deletion is final.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Triopia and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Triopia in the twelve months before the claim arose.
13. Force majeure
We are not liable for failures or delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, network outages, government actions, or attacks on infrastructure we depend on.
14. Changes to these disclaimers
We may update these disclaimers as the product and the legal landscape change. Material updates will be communicated inside the product or by email.
