Triopia is a workspace for professional communication. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and respectfully, and to follow these standards in addition to our Terms of Service.
02. No harassment or hate
Do not use Triopia to harass, threaten, intimidate, or attack other people, or to distribute hateful or discriminatory content.
03. No impersonation
Do not register a handle, workspace, or profile to pretend to be a person, business, or organization you are not. Do not spoof headers to disguise the sender of a message.
04. No malware or attacks
Do not use Triopia to distribute viruses, malicious code, phishing kits, or other tools designed to compromise other systems or users.
05. No spam
Do not use Triopia, including the assistant, to send unsolicited bulk email, SMS, or other communication. Marketing must comply with applicable consent and opt-out rules.
06. No phishing or social engineering
Do not send messages designed to deceive recipients into giving up credentials, payment information, or other sensitive data.
07. No illegal content
Do not use Triopia to share or store content that is illegal in the jurisdictions in which you operate or in which your recipients live.
08. No probing the platform
Do not attempt to bypass authentication, access workspaces that are not yours, scrape Triopia in ways that violate our terms, or otherwise interfere with the service.
09. Respecting other users
Treat other Triopia users professionally. If someone asks you to stop contacting them through Triopia, stop.
10. Following the law where you operate
You are responsible for following the laws that apply to your business, your messages, and the people you contact, including telecommunications, data protection, and consumer protection laws.
11. Reporting abuse
If you believe a Triopia user is violating these standards, report it through the support channel. We review reports and take action where appropriate.
12. Enforcement
We may warn, suspend, or close accounts that violate these standards. Severe violations, including illegal activity, may be reported to the relevant authorities.
13. Account responsibility
You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Keep your sign-in factors safe and review your workspace if you notice anything you did not do yourself.
14. Updates
These standards may be updated as the product changes and as we learn from how Triopia is used in practice. Material updates will be communicated inside the product or by email.
